Do I pay before I see the edits?

You top up credit, and each order is held from it. Then you preview every edit before it’s yours: keep it, ask for a free redo, or reject it and its share goes straight back to your credit.

What if I don’t like an edit?

Ask for a redo with a note saying what to change, as many times as you need within 60 days, on the same brief. Or reject it and it’s refunded on the spot.

How fast is it, really?

Instant edits are usually back in under 2 minutes a photo. Hand-finished edits are back within 12 hours, and if one is late it’s refunded. Floor plans are checked by an editor before they’re released.

Is virtual staging allowed on Australian listings?

Yes, as long as it’s clearly disclosed and doesn’t misrepresent the home. Staged and altered photos leave with a label in your state’s wording. Edits can’t hide defects or remove things that come with the property, and we won’t do it.

What photos can I upload?

JPG, PNG or WebP, at full size, from a camera or a phone. Upload the whole shoot at once, HDR brackets included (3 or 5 per photo), and we merge the brackets and sort the photos by room for you.

How do whole-listing discounts work?

The more photos from one shoot, the less every edit costs: 6% from 8, 12% from 15, 20% from 25, 25% from 40 photos. It’s applied at checkout, nothing to claim.

Do credits expire?

No. Top up once and use them whenever you’re ready, on any edit.

What do I get when I download?

Every edit you kept, at full resolution, in one zip. Altered photos carry their label and metadata, and the listing gets a proof page with each before and after.

Can photographers use it?

Yes. Upload whole shoots, including HDR brackets, put your business name on the files, and pay the same prices agents do. Mark it up for your clients however you like.

Can you do something that isn’t on the list?

Yes. Describe it as a custom job, such as a photo restoration, adding a pool or matching a set of furniture, and we’ll quote within 12 hours.
